View Details should be renamed to "Pop-up" #614

Current behavior

When you right-click a coordinate in the List box, the context menu that is displayed uses the words "View Details" as the text to display the pop-up window.

Expected behavior

We should use the words "Pop-up" as Pro would in this situation.

Requested for ArcMap 10.4.1-10.7.1 and ArcGIS Pro 2.2-2.4
