Additional Configuration parameters to support better styling of the application

@chris-fox Can you add more details on the parameter styling we'd like to see?

This request is to have the ability to control the background color and font color of the bar above the selected item in the details panel. Currently it just uses the Header Background Color as the text color and uses the Header Text Color as the background color (see image 1). We would like to have more control either by customizing both of these or not reversing the properties and using the Header Background Color as the background color and the Header Text Color as the text color as shown in image 2.

@LindsayThomas @chris-fox we are using the org-level settings for theme colors. It is more within our control to change how these colors are being applied. Are you seeing specific issues? Are there specific combinations that aren't workign for some reason?

@allisonmuise, the feedback from the team was when you use a dark color as your background header and white has the header text color, the back button and associated bar with the title of the selected feature doesn't look good (see my first screenshot above). The preference was to not invert the color of the bar and button and produce something like my second screenshot.
