BUG-000120659 The Crowdsource Reporter application redirects to the Crowdsource Reporter template when pressing the Enter key in the Text Field section, if there is 1 Domain field and 1 Text field configured to Submit the Report.

1. Sign into ArcGIS Online.
2. Download and publish the following File Geodatabase.
3. Add the hosted Feature Layer to New Web Map.
4. Navigate to More option of the Hosted Feature Layer > Configure Pop-ups. Notice only two fields are allowed to display and Edit.
5. One of the Fieldname is: Hazards which is a Domain Field and Another Field: Description: is a Text Field.
6. Save the Web Map and Share it with > Group.
7. Navigate to Group > Share > Create Crowdsource reporter application.
8. Keep the default settings of the Application and Click on Launch.
9. Click on Submit Report.
10. Select any Domain for Hazards and Add any information under Description Field, and hit Enter key.

Notice: The Page is redirected to Crowdsource reporter default template application.

1. Now Navigate back to the Web Map > Click on More options of the Hosted Feature Layer >configure Pop-ups > Check another field which is: Additional Description to be displayed and Edit.
2. Save the Web Map and Navigate back to the Web App> Launch.
3. Add the information under the two text fields (Description & Additional Description) and hit Enter, everything works as expected.
