Data Mapper - Source Layer Target Layer #194

@MikeMillerGIS @previnWong @JRosenfeldIntern To match with the Pro and gp data assistant, have the source layer and target layer parameters display just the name of the layer and on hover over present the path

@clareprice it looks like this behavior is no longer a part of the core ArcGIS. Now when I do it, it just provides the full address as a tool tip. I'll implement the enhancement so that the source-target configuration file is just the name of the xml and the tool tip is the full address so that the format is consistent across both panes.
