Preview rows in xml do not respect Definition Queries

If the source layer file has a definition query on it, it is not respected in the preview rows in the created xml file.

Here you can see a definition query that leaves 8 rows in the layer file. Pay attention to the facility ID.

Within the xml file, the first rows (which are omitted due to the definition query) are stored.
