Similar to this but ability to apply to files already created. Unsure if match library can be applied to existing file and how to even apply it. We need this to not override settings already in a file

Workflow:
1: I use the Data Migration tools to build the source to target files and match fields
2: I load the first file and build a field match and domain map, for example life cycle
3: I click store in method match library(exposed for all methods, maybe even a user specified name)
4: For next file, I can click load all method matches for the entire item or
4a: I can per field basis, select a match method from the library to load, supporting a method for different schemas
