Domain Mapping Bug Fix #233

Fixed #232 while also removing some script references to scripts that no longer exist or are needed.

Now also finishes my implementation of #208 . A new folder is made and newly created layer files along with the xml are placed within the folder for better organization.

Encountered a bug with #208 after further testing, will hold off PR for now

Fixed. Was an issue with partial paths, so the xml just now saves the full path for source and target every time.

Additionally, added implementations to #229 and #230
