Release 1.2.1 Hotfix: App Docs #252

@mikewilburn @mhdostal i'm requesting your review on a hotfix PR that introduces updated app UI imagery that reflects the app UI in the condition at this release.

Can we prioritize this PR? The project release 1.2.1 is currently in master and we cannot publish a formal release until this PR has merged as well. Thanks!

@esreli just beginning to review, but one initial observation - do you intend to increment the release version for this change to 1.2.2? Should we update RELEASE.md to call attention to these small improvements?

Nope, that increment has already happened here. Merged the PR before updating the doc, my mistake!
