Ellipse Processor giving different results than ArcGIS Pro or ArcMap #17

Have compared the two outputs of Pro and Map to the ellipse processor and getting different results--have noticed that there were some changes having to do with linear units -- any thoughts ??

Have submitted ticket to esri and they've already closed it saying to contact defense

Looking into this further, believe the difference is because of linear units getting converted to projected, this is fine and there is not any issues.
