Is there any future plan to release the javascript api source code to the public or to enterprise customers, at the least 3.x?

hey @coder-trev, that would be cool but we don't have any plans to open source the ArcGIS API for JavaScript or share the code with customers.

Note that the documentation for API 4.x is much better, including links to styles and view models
