to do:

[ ] ~~spell out where the dummy app lives (/tests)~~
[ ] ~~document how the dummy app dynamically loads the declarative charts~~ (superceded by #39)
[X] figure out exactly which source files need copyright text added

Also, I'm guessing the +6,447 is the package-lock.json file.

Really it is probably better to re-do the dummy app w/ the new prop format and more copy/paste btw routes, but that's probably best done under a new issue.

correct. npm@5 told me that it was a good idea to check package-lock.json into source control, but i don't have my heart set on that.
