Add support for embedded charts #93

at 1.3, pro adds a charting component. look into including this in a report.

So here are some more examples of reports and forms from the NZUSAR Team. This is a very high priority team for us and satisfying their needs will likely meet the mark for other stakeholders in emergency management. They will be presenting their rapid damage assessment workflows to the International search and rescue community this September in the US.

1) Forms - I think the ability to reproduce filled out forms and would probably fall under the Survey123 Team 2) Reports – a solution that cuts across the platform would be best. Perhaps in the short term it is ArcGIS Pro, longer term Web AppBuilder or something similar. We are even looking at PowerBI and Insights.
