move custom class into L.esri.Cluster.featureLayer

L.esri.Cluster.clusteredFeatureLayer becomes L.esri.Cluster.featureLayer
migrate from babelify to rollup for building source
- rename built output from esri-leaflet-clustered-feature-layer.js to esri-leaflet-cluster.js
stop hardcoding version number in raw source
bump internal dependencies
make sure npm start triggers local dev setup
removed some old commented code
removed version number from bower.json

as long as we're trimming the fat, i vote we rename the repo 'esri-leaflet-cluster' too.

if i don't hear from any @Esri/leaflet-contributors (w/ questions, concerns etc.) by tomorrow, i'll assume its safe to merge this myself.
