Update API Reference for Raster Basemaps Mature Support Announcement? #247

Should we update the API reference for the L.esri.BasemapLayer in light of the lifecycle announcement regarding raster basemap services?

We could probably add a section that states what "mature support" means, and list the target dates for each type of basemap that is currently supported in Esri Leaflet.

Thoughts?

We have added a note (with link to the blog post you mentioned) to the L.esri.BasemapLayer page and have updated the basemap examples to use the new vector tile package (#313).
