Allow multi version support #16

Currently we only support WAB v.2.3.

We should add support after the 2.4 upgrade to continue allowing older WAB apps.

I got 2 WAB : 2.3 and 2.4. All applications created with them have the "wabVersion" set to 2.3 in the config.json Sadly we can't rely on it to test the version of the wab.
