Updating the GeoMessage spec for version 1.2. These changes are required to support the 3D capabilities in the Esri Dynamic Situational Awareness (DSA) example app.
Changes include:
Providing z-value for <_control_points> to support 3D workflows
A new <environment> tag for position reports to specify the environment for where the track is operating.
Examples have been updated to demonstrate the usage of these new v1.2 additions.
