Is it possible to store metadata from ArcGIS or OGC URL to ISO format?

When register resource from from ArcGIS or OGC service URL it will automatic store metadata in Dublin Core format.

Is it possible to customize or config geoportal to automatic store metadata from service url in other format like ISO 19115/19115-2?
