Geoportal Facets indexing and displaying restricted records? #265

Is there a way to restrict the public display of restricted records when the facets application indexes the geoportal? We had a record getting indexed that I assumed would not.

if it's solr facets there is no easy way to restrict it since it is built on top of lucene index.
