Obj2slpk implementation #7

This PR is a partial implementation for #6 by:

Implementing OBJ parser with Fast-obj
Using external LoD's and downsampled textures generated using other means manually
Packing full-resolution OBJ and LoD's into an SLPK using i3s-lib
Marking this for review to spark discussions around correct steps to transform OBJ struct to SLPK.
