Markdown improvements #84

This PR contains small markdown improvements for Index 3D Scene Layer format specifications. In particular, the PR

fixes the link to Statistics in the TOC,
adds a comma to separate "In I3S version 1.7, " from the rest of the sentence,
adds a line break after slpk_archive_store.PNG,
fixes the markdown heading for "Example 1.6 Structure Summary for 3D Objects",
and removes superfluous white space at the end of the file.
