Auto Populate Latitude and Longitude Fields on Config XY Tool for common field names #9

After source dataset is selected autopopulate lat and lon fields paramaters with fields that have common lat/lon field names like "lat" or "lon" or "latitude" and "longitude"

FYI xmin is a system column in PostGRES so we should make that field part of autopopulate
