enhancement request - legend #42

With more and more layers being added to our map, it'd be nice to have a legend so users'd know what are those symbols. What do you think?

We are not looking at adding this function. Others have used the splash screen to present this info. We have debating on moving this app into a WebApp Builder widget to allow you to customize the app by adding other widgets.
