Enhanced Create Linked Record to support setting a value ex: WaterMainHistory|VALUE|A|FACILITYID|FACILITYID

The value of A will be set in the field VALUE. If a field in the source is call A, that value will be used.

@clareprice this was implemented, just missing doc, should we close and make a note in the solution site to doc it?
