Work Around: Split the line with the Split tool (from the Editor toolbar) and then add the orphan junction in. Note: If using the Split Line methods with the GenerateID functions (as described in ), those rules do not apply with this workaround.

Using the Junction FC to split a GN line caused an orphan junction as splitting and saving the line generated the junction. When the sketched junction was saved, there was already a junction from the split. The code has been updated to bypass saving the sketched junction
