Adds Dictionary Renderers for mil2525c, app6b #199

Adds files required to use the Dictionary Renderers for legacy standards mil2525c, app6b in Pro 1.2.

Note: I chose not to include mil2525d since it is already included with the product install (and its assets are already configuration managed there) - please provide feedback if you think it should be included with the repo.

@Dbarnes1 - can you give the readme updates a quick review for spelling/grammar/typos and then merge if no issues - no need to verify the actual dictionaryrenderers (unless you really want to).

But this is the last thing to do before generating the Pro 1.2 release so I would like to do that today if possible - thanks

@kerryrobinson - once this PR is reviewed/merged the legacy dictionary renderers (mil2525c, app6b) will be publicly available - let us know if you have any issues or other suggestions for improvements with these items. Also sorry for the delay getting these publicly posted, we had anticipated that they would be made available through a public SDK before now.
