Removed duplicate domains from the Activities feature class

@Dbarnes1 - sorry - forgot about this - looking at this right now...

I spot checked a few files (MilitaryOverlay.ppkx, militaryoverlay.gdb) and domains looked fine.

Note about the original PR comment: domains apply to (and are stored in, global to) the entire GDB, not just an individual featureclass
