Boundary Text Is Not Drawing Correctly #211

This might not be an issue with the editor, but was noticed when testing.

The unique designation text is not being drawn correctly. The two strings should be drawn on opposing sides of the line.

@abouffard That is definitely an issue with the data - can you move this issue to https://github.com/Esri/military-features-data ( I would guess it already exists there - ex. these look similar: https://github.com/Esri/military-features-data/issues/66 & https://github.com/Esri/military-features-data/issues/174 )

But if even you are unsure - then that tells me we definitely need to add a warning in the contributing.md and readme to let users know to log "symbols-drawing-wrong-on-the-map" issues to https://github.com/Esri/military-features-data
