Updating stylx to keep in sync #253

@csmoore I'm manually updating the stylx file to keep in sync- I want to link the two locations in github so I'll look into that in the future but for now I just want to get your most recent stylx (with the runtime meta field update) into the dictionary renderer location.

Looks good (i.e. same as one in https://github.com/Esri/military-features-data/tree/v.next/data/mil2525c_b2/core_data/stylx )
