Updating Layer Packages and Pro Project Template for ArcGIS Pro 1.4 #261

@csmoore might be time to update the layer packages and pro project template for Pro 1.4? I'm not sure if you want these 1.4 compatible files in the dev branch, or if you want to do a github release before we push these files forward, I was just making some updates to the template and I want to keep everything in sync.

@Dbarnes1 - I'll test out. We can put whatever version you consider the latest/greatest here & do a 1.4 release if desired.

Just curious - where there any actual changes to lpks - or just re-saved on 1.4 (ex. did the prior versions no longer work on 1.4)? They may not need updated if unchanged.

@csmoore for the Military Overlay layer package for 2525B Change 2 I added a significant number of feature templates to match 2525D. In the past, 2525D had a robust set of feature templates and 2525B Change 2 had fewer. The 2525D layer package is the same.

Starting review. The 2525D LPKX looked good - with the exception of some 2525B domains included - these should perhaps be deleted to avoid confusion:

The 2525B version has 2 repeated domains:

The MilitaryOverlay.aptx has an extra GDB in it:
