Fixes to #266 #269

Updated mil2525d stylx and lines-areas-labels-base-template.stylx in order to fix Assault Crossing symbol. This symbol was a polygon with erroneous symbol layers; in order to fall in line with the standard I removed these extra layers and made the symbol a control measure line.

To review against Pro you can copy the new mil2525d.stylx and replace the out of the box stylx in Pro (program files/arcgis/pro/resources/dictionaries/mil2525d) and opening one of the D test dataset projects, and creating the assault crossing symbol from scratch (via military symbol editor). @joebayles FYI

Updated styles seems to work fine, the only thing I noticed is these files are 10% larger than the previous versions (7.7 vs. 7.1, 23 vs 21 MBs) so just let me know if this is a concern - there may be a VACUUM step missing or not working properly
