Feedback from the Swiss Army: The primary use case is for Military Symbology is for Planning: WYSIWYG Sketching of UEI (Points) and Tactical Graphics (lines/areas), or in their terms ‘N-point Symbol’ Stacking *Leadering

We know that features are stored in a geodatabase in Oracle, however we areunsure how the leadering & stacking is done; we think this information is stored in the attributes somehow.
