Background:

As a user I want to be able to right click on a Military Symbol on a map and modify/update its values.

Current State:

This functionality currently does not exist.

Steps to Reproduce / Requirement / Workflow:

User right clicks and sees the option to edit the symbology.

Expected Results / Behavior:

Changes made after clicking save/update should be immediate.

Use the MSE for updates or the attribute pane in Pro or ArcMap (default tools)
