Synopsis: Symbols generated in the Military Symbol Editor Add-In in ArcGIS Pro for the Military Operations Other than War (MOOTW) symbol group with Symbol Code (SIDC) starting with O incorrectly show dashed outlines and/or missing "?" for the following affiliations: Pending, Exercise Pending, Assume Friend, Exercise Assumed Friend, Suspect, or Joker.

Steps to Repro: Open the Military Symbol Editor Add-In in ArcGIS Pro. Search for and select "Incident : Bomb/Bombing".  Navigate to the Symbol tab.  Set the Identity/Affiliation to Pending, Assumed Friend, Suspect, Exercise Pending, Exercise Assumed Friend, or Joker. Note that symbols incorrectly have dashed outlines, but solid outlines are required by MIL-STD-2525B w/CHANGE 2 (see page 47-49 Table I/II of the attached PDF, 2525BChange2) Set the Identity/Affiliation to Assumed Friend, Suspect, Exercise Pending, Exercise Assumed Friend, or Pending.  Note that a "?" is missing for these affiliations as well.
