Steps to Repro: 1) Install the Military Symbol Editor for ArcGIS Pro 2) Search for the "Strong Point" symbols and add any symbol to the map 3) Go to Symbol 4) Look closely and see there is no echelon as described in 2525B Change 2 settings.
