Verified on Firefox 48 on Mac 10.11.6. Not seen on Safari or Chrome.

[Update Oct 17, 2016: Also seen in TPKLayer on Firefox 49] [Update May 22, 2017: Still able to reproduce in TPKLayer on Firefox 53]
