InstallGuide: update server name parameter in "Configure and deploy web applications" section #1558

Update in copy of guide in release folder.

Instead of updating the version of the guide in the release folder, edit the guide to tell the user to use the value store in the source_hostname variable in the PortalContentPost.py script.

Made change. Just need to check in change to v.next.
