Release ERG GP service #638

Currently the ERG GP service is published to an separate instance of ArcGIS Server and not on our try it live server. This service should released and included with our ops-server installation.

This does not need to be resolved for the Ops Server release and it is not required so moving to after next.

@kgonzago Changing milestone. Review if this needs to be released for this next Ops Server release. Otherwise you can change the milestone.

@elinz I can add the SD files for the GP services to the ERG widget repo. Is that a good option instead?

@kgonzago I'm not sure. The important thing right now is to know if the service needs to be included in the Ops Server release. Based on your response it sounds like it doesn't so I'm changing the milestone to a future milestone.
