View map in fullscreen #20

When the map is embedded in a website, the user should be able to view it in full screen - like videos on Youtube. I've seen such a sample for the arcgis javascript api somewhere on Github, but I can't find it anymore. Perhaps it is possible to make it configurable, with enabled by default.

Hey @cartoplan,

I don't think we can do this because we don't know if the app is embedded or not. It's probably the responsibility of the person embedding it into their site to offer a way to expand it to fullscreen.

We may consider adding this widget though but it doesnt work in all browsers. http://esri.github.io/arcgis-dijit-sample-js/
