Send Route Problem #21

Hello/Good morning,

I need to send routes to my service and I'm having problems with this.

Already published my service in ArcGIS Server

I've already tried to configure the xml file and I cannot because I'm having the following error "Route Planner cannot connect to ArcGIS Online feature service. Please check your network connection"

Is there anyone that can help me with this problem, please.
