Support for GeoPDF? #131

Has there been any consideration to add GeoPDF support to the Runtime? This format is very commonly used with Avenza PDF and is a standard format often output by GIS folks. Although this format does lack scaling, it does provide a light weight base map.

Thanks for your question @jaarons47 . This is not in the road map for ArcGIS Runtime at the present time.
