schema changes for runtime geodatabase replicas #134

What's the reccomended way to propogate enterprise geodatabase schema changes to 100s or 1000s of runtime gdb based mobile apps that are using replicas of that data?

This applies to domain changes as well - so simply adding a new item to a domain requires a new replica
