Related table is not showing up in the Configure field order and visibility layer list in Table option #535

Describe the bug

The test web map has a related table and it does not show up in the layer list image

Expected Behavior

Related tables should be available in the list so app authors can change field visibility and order

Reproduction Steps & Sample

1) Open the app in configuration mode 2) Click on the Interactivity -> Table options 3) Notice that the related table is not showing up in the list.
