After setting a theme color if you go back to preset theme None, Information panel background color do not revert back to default color #644

Describe the bug

After setting a theme color, if you go back to preset theme None, information panel background color do not revert back to default color, it changes only the text color. I was expecting the background color to be black and text is white and there is not way to change the information panel header color when the when the preset theme is none

Expected Behavior

Information background color should be black and text should white (default background and text color)

Reproduction Steps & Sample

To Repro: 1) Create a Manager app 2) Add a map 3) Click on the Theme and Layout tab and select None from the Select a preset theme dropdown box 4) Notice that the only text color changes for the information panel image 5) Now if you change the presets to Forest and then change it back to None again it will still show the Forest secondary theme color in the Info window. image
