Describe requirements

Have the ability to enable required inputs in the comments forms in the Reporter app. The use of red asterisks are popular in showing what inputs are required and which ones are not.

Impact

Users might not be able to identify what is required and what is optional. This intern will allow the organization who receives the feedback the information they need.

Ignore, I just realized this functionality is available in Configure forms in Map Viewer.
