BLEVE message should be changed to reflect change in widget control #33

I selected LPG for the material and clicked a map location. The following message was displayed:

Change wording of the message to reflect change in control from dropdown to toggle. Maybe something like "To enable this, toggle on Show BLEVE Evac Zone".
