The ArcGIS Solutions Geoprocessing Toolbox is a set of models, scripts, and tools for use in ArcGIS Desktop. These tools provide specialized processing, workflows, and analysis for defense, intelligence, emergency management, and other solutions domains.
Which is still kinda vague. I would like to see something more detailed, and concentrate more on the value user will get out of these tools, and by extension, the templates they support.
