Adding single test runners #648

Added Military Features and Clearing Operations Test runner by commenting out the other solutions from the main test runner.

Description

Until further notice we will use the main test runner script as a starting point and comment out the solutions that do not need to run on the single test runner file. This will allow us to build a solution by just calling one test. This was done with this approach to lower the LOE and move forward.
