Rename Widget from "GRG Creator" to "Gridded Reference Graphic"

Rename Widget from "GRG Creator" to "Gridded Reference Graphic" #64

Currently, the widget is named "GRG Creator" in the ui. This should be renamed to "Gridded Reference Graphic"

@Dbarnes1 @adgiles Reopened as it hasn't fully been addressed. The widget is still called "GRG Creator" in the "Choose Widget" list.

@Dbarnes1 @adgiles Please ignore my previous comments. Something weird must have happened while installing the new widget. I reinstalled and now the widget is named "Gridded Reference Graphic". I'm closing this issue.
