Changing to GPS pans map to current location, regardless of Follow Me button #20

Start the app in simulated location mode. Make sure the Follow Me button is unselected. Change to hardware (GPS) location mode. The map pans to the current GPS location. Instead, the map should stay where it was when Follow Me is unselected.

This may be an issue with the ArcGIS Runtime SDK for Android, rather than a Squad Leader-specific issue. More investigation is needed.
