Change the default/example app that the Basic App Template points at to be a different example #4

Currently if you click the Basic App in the Configurable App gallery:

http://www.arcgis.com/home/gallery.html#c=esri&t=apps&o=modified&f=configurable

or find the app entry when you search ArcGIS Online and launch it, the default application that we point at:

http://www.arcgis.com/apps/OnePane/storytelling_basic/index.html

is the UNESCO World Heritage Sites example. The Story Maps team are no longer maintaining this application because of issues with the pictures and as a result there are no pictures in the popups.

It would be good if the application template pointed at a different sample map.
